Valentine's Day is just around the corner and for you romantics out there I've got two pretty sexy menus for you to cook for your loved one....and you'll find all the recipes in our Cookery School Section.  The idea is to keep it nice and simple, no stress, choose some good champagne or prosecco and some fine wines; light some candles, you know the score...

Valentines Day Menus

I’ve given you a choice of 2 menus.  The first will take a little bit of work, the second won’t!  

Lovers Menu 1

Poached Pears with Toasted Walnuts & Gorgonzola, serve with Iberico Ham 

Sea Bass Roasted with Rosemary, Lemon & Sea salt, with Salsa Verdi, Crispy Onion Rings and Crunchy Roast Potatoes 

Chocolate Espresso Cake

Charcuterie Board

(Go to a good deli and buy some good hams and salamis, some olives, caperberries, and whatever else takes your fancy, best eaten without cutlery!)

 Steamed Organic Clare Island Salmon with a foaming Champagne & Chive Sauce, serve with Champ and Grilled Asparagus
