Hardwood Cover for Viking Range

This solid wood worktop can sit on either the Griddle or over 2 Burners on your Range.  This is a butchers block style structure in solid Maple, and acts as a cover for your griddle or burners and as a chopping board. This cover should be removed before lighting the adjacent burners.  Maple wood has a natural ability to fight bacteria which makes this a safe and stylish addition to your Viking.
